Yes. You get one point of contact and one agreement for the whole portfolio, so nothing gets re-quoted building by building. We start by walking every address and logging what is actually there.
Who answers the phone after hours?

Do you offer preventive maintenance?
Yes. We offer maintenance contracts, with service scheduled per address from its real use, not a blanket rule. Services include hydro jetting, drain cleaning with camera inspection, backflow testing, and water heaters and boilers.
What records do I get after a visit?
Every visit is documented against the property, so you have a record for inspections, audits and owners. Jetting and drain work includes a camera inspection, so you can see the line for yourself.
Can you send a certificate of insurance and an additional insured endorsement?
Yes. Ask for a certificate of insurance, an additional insured endorsement or a W-9 and we send it. Wolfpack Companies is licensed, bonded and insured, AZ ROC #326629.
